Summer series rolls on! Next up are the incredibly easy Grilled Garlic and Lime Spicy Shrimp Skewers. In total these only take about 5-7 mins to prepare and cook, so there’s no excuse to adding them late minute for your next BBQ. They go perfect as a side to steak or chicken or on their own. If you want to smash a dozen or so skewers by yourself, go ahead, I won’t tell anyone.
As always, you can get creative with the sauce all you want, but this simplified version is just enough to not overpower the shrimp and is a perfect addition with a little char of the grill. Eat on my paleos!
