Simple Vanilla Berry Paleo Jam

Here’s a simple trick that is extremely flexible with whatever type of berry is seasonal to your area. On the West Coast, blackberries grow like weeds. Want a great way to get rid of them? Turn them into paleo jam! The bitterness from the berries, sour from the lemon, sweet from the honey and spice from the vanilla combine to make this a paleo jam you can put on nearly anything.

A pro-tip of keeping the seeds in the jam while cook it releases pectin, which makes the jam more jam-like consistency. If you make this recipe, tag me on Twitter and Instagram with @dranthonygustin and #cooklikeag so I can check it out and repost!
